I am a Berlin-based policy analyst, project manager, and designer dedicated to fostering positive social change.

I bring a combination of  nonprofit and public sector policy experience + a full design and visual arts portfolio.

I have lived in seven different countries and have worked with public agencies, nonprofits, design agencies, and arts and cultural organizations. I bring an international mindset, creative thinking, and indefatigable optimism for positive social change to all my work. I hold a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles and I speak English, German, and Spanish and Portuguese.

I am comfortable managing large scale and multi-tiered projects and feel very much in my element when working collaboratively, creatively, and responsively.

I have a unique and multifaceted background, including expertise in the following areas:

Policy analysis
Grants administration

Campaign management (from conception to execution)
Overseeing and tracking budgets and financials
Grant writing

Managing communications between large organizations and their constituents
Executing successful public relations and online campaigns
Design and Illustration

As a “public policy creative”, I approach my policy work with an eye for visual design and communication. I think visualizing data brings to light patterns and storytelling that are otherwise missed when information is only viewed quantitatively and qualitatively. I use my design background to reimagine how information and research is presented to make complex or dense information visually enticing and easy to grasp.  I have full fluency in the Adobe Suite and a knack for building bright and welcoming websites.

I have a long record of successfully driving online traffic and growing social media networks through compelling written and visual content- including for my own illustration brand.

I believe I have the experience, skills, dedication, and optimism to make a positive impact in my next position!
